What are your earrings made of?

The base metal of each piece is 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver.) Our gold pieces are plated with a thicker than average layer of real 18k gold (no flash plating here!)

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, our entire jewelry collection is hypoallergenic.

None of our pieces contain brass or nickel— common materials found in jewelry that are known to cause allergic reactions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank deposits to our BDO account as well as GCash. You will automatically be sent payment instructions upon checkout.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship nationwide in the Philippines.

When will my order arrive?

After your payment has been processed and confirmed, the expected delivery time of your order is as follows:

NCR: 3-4 business days

Luzon: 4-5 business days

Visayas and Mindanao: 5-7 business days

* Please note that these timeframes exclude holidays.

Is there a shipping fee?

Nope! Shipping is absolutely free.

What is your return policy?

We thoroughly inspect each item before shipment, but if for some reason your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@vinnellcollection.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Other than your item being damaged, Vinnell does not accept returns/refunds for jewelry, due to hygienic reasons.
